Work–in–Process Inquiry

VISION Maintains a record for each Rx in process, including screen input and materials from inventory, breakage, job revision history, and invoice data. Customer service can use this data to check orders during production and after the job ships. The JOB INQUIRY NOTE PAD allows you to keep free–form notes to assist customer service on special attention/prior inquiry jobs.

The VISION Work–in–Process screen displays the status of all in–process orders sorted by account. This status can be displayed at any terminal and printed. Combined with the DVI tray tracking capability (TRACE), the lab has a powerful tool to assist managing workflow.

Customer Account Database

The customer account database displays pertinent account information for each of a lab's customers. The account list may be displayed in a sortable, searchable, view, and may be exported to excel.
